¿Cansado? ¿Todos los días parecen ser lunes?
Podría ser la denominada astenia, muy típica de esta época del año. Cambio de clima y de hora, más tiempo de luz, factores que modifican nuestros hábitos. Hay que hacer un parón y centrarnos en lo que nuestro cuerpo nos está pidiendo. ¿Por qué motivo he de hacerme un análisis nutricional?

Las liposolubles (A, D, E, K) se acumulan y son tóxicas para el hígado. Está en estudio, además, que tomar de manera continuada suplementos de vitamina E, aceleraría el crecimiento de pequeños tumores en pacientes fumadores. Lo mismo ocurre con los elementos esenciales y oligoelementos. Son básicamente, bioelementos presentes en los seres vivos, en pequeñas cantidades (menos de un 0,05%), cuya carencia o exceso son perjudiciales para el ser humano, llegando a dañar gravemente al hígado si se consumen en gran cantidad.
Por ejemplo, de todos es sabido que la falta de hierro provoca anemia, pero el exceso de magnesio en la dieta puede provocar alteraciones cardiovasculares. Es más, la energía que parece habernos abandonado, puede estar camuflando otros problemas como la anemia o un cuadro depresivo. Hay que llevar mucho cuidado con lo que se está tomando.
¿En qué consiste el análisis nutricional?
